Tremor
If you experience rhythmic shaking in any region of your body, you may be experiencing a tremor. This occurrence is involuntary, meaning that its occurrence is beyond your will. Muscle contractions are the cause of this trembling.

Trembling of one’s limbs or entire body to a steady rhythm

Difficulties with fine motor skills, such as writing or sketching, or with using common kitchen tools
